The Dreamcatcher

An interactive dream workbook

The DreamCatcher is no longer catching dreams. If you would like to learn more about what your dreams are trying to tell you, order the Language of Dreams video series.

Dream Inviting: Before going to bed, remind yourself that you want to remember your dream. Give yourself a little auto-suggestion, such as, "I know that I will dream. Everybody dreams. When I awake I will remember my dream."

Dream Catching: Keep a pen and paper or a tape recorder beside your bed. When you awaken, ask yourself immediately, "What did I dream?" Retell your dream to yourself while getting out of bed. Then immediately record whatever images, thoughts, or story you remember.

DreamWeaving: Use a dream notrbook to work out some relationship to your experience of the dream. Weave together the strands of thoughts and feelings from your past and your present toward a new sense of yourself and guidance for the future.
